Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bag Frozen Ravioli
  • 1 lb Ground Italian Sausage
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Salted Butter
  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • Cooking Spray
Seasonings:
  • 1/4 Tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 Tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook frozen ravioli according to the package directions
  2. Drain and set raviolis aside
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F 
  4. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook 1 pound of Italian sausage until fully browned and no pink remains.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes
  6. Stir well to combine
  7. Drain the grease from the sausage and set aside sausage
  8. Using the same pan, melt down 1 tablespoon of salted butter over low to medium heat. Once melted, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant
  9. Pour in 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and stir well
  10. Season with crushed red pepper, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper
  11. Reduce the heat to low and slowly stir in 1 cup of parmesan cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese until the sauce becomes think and creamy
  12. Roughly chop 1 cup of spinach and stir it into the Alfredo sauce
  13. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
  14. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the dish, then add a layer of cooked ravioli
  15. Top with the cooked Italian sausage, then add another layer of ravioli. Continue layering until baking dish is fully layered
  16. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and finish with a generous handful of mozzarella cheese
  17. Spray one side of a sheet of foil with nonstick cooking spray to prevent the cheese from sticking
  18. Cover baking dish with foil
  19. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden brown
  20. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving
