Slow Cooker Chicken Drumsticks
These slow cooker Chicken Drumsticks are tender, juicy, and packed with flavor as they slowly cook in a savory sauce until they fall right off the bone. They’re an easy, hands-off dinner that’s perfect for busy days and can be served with your favorite sides.

- 1 Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- 8 Chicken Drumsticks (or as many as fit in your crockpot in a single layer)
- 1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour (for coating the bottom of the crockpot)
- 1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 White Onion (more or less to taste, optional)
- 7 Tbsp Butter sliced or cut into pieces
Seasonings
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Kinders Roast Chicken Seasoning
- 1/4 Tsp Paprika
- 1/4 Tsp Tony's Creole
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 Tsp Kinders Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning
Instructions
- Lightly coat the bottom of your crockpot with the flour. It does not need to be fully covered, just a thin layer.
- Arrange the chicken drumsticks in a single layer in the crockpot. Fit as many as possible without stacking them directly on top of each other.
- Season the drumsticks generously with the seasonings listed. Start with about 1/4 of each seasoning and adjust to your taste.
- Pour the chicken broth around the drumsticks (not directly on top), using about 1/4 cup total.
- Evenly scatter the sliced white onion over and around the chicken. (This is optional but adds great flavor.)
- Place the butter pieces evenly over the chicken and onions.
- Cover and cook without opening or stirring:High: 4 hoursLow: 6 hours
- Do not flip the chicken while cooking.
- Once done, serve hot with your favorite sides and enjoy.
