Cowboy Butter Steak Bites
Juicy, tender steak bites tossed in a rich cowboy butter sauce made with garlic, herbs, and a hint of spice. This quick and flavorful dish is perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1.5 lbs New York Strip Steak (about 1 steak per person)
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic 2–3 cloves
- 1 Stick Unsalted Butter
- ! Tsp Dijon Mustard
Seasonings:
- 1/4 Tbsp Kinders The Blend Seasoning
- 1/2 Tbsp Kinders Cowboy Butter Seasoning
- 1/4 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1/4 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 Tbsp Crushed Red Pepper To taste
- 1/4 Tbsp Parsley Flakes To taste
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Steak
- Pat the steak dry with paper towels.
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
- Season generously with Kinders The Blend and Montreal Steak seasoning. (Feel free to use your favorite steak seasonings instead.)
- Add the olive oil and Worcestershire sauce, then toss until the steak pieces are evenly coated.
Step 2: Air Fry the Steak Bites
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F if needed.
- Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes for medium doneness, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
Step 3: Make the Cowboy Butter
- While the steak cooks, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Once melted, add the minced garlic, paprika, Kinders Cowboy Butter seasoning, Dijon mustard, crushed red pepper, and parsley flakes.
- Reduce the heat to low and whisk or stir until everything is fully combined and fragrant.
Step 4: Toss & Serve
- Once the steak bites are finished cooking, transfer them to a bowl.
- Pour the cowboy butter over the steak bites and toss until fully coated.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
Tip: For medium-rare, reduce the cooking time slightly. For well-done steak bites, add a few extra minutes as needed.
